I absolutely adore picnics! In fact, I always keep my picnic blanket and a folding chair in the back of my car. :) I have a lovely little red picnic basket I like to use often with my friends, as we go adventuring and enjoying each others' company at parks or on the square. It's a great way to chill and relax, maybe listen to some live music, and make some new friends.
Now, I have a beautiful new picnic basket woven by a woman in Ghana! Even better, the business I bought it from is run by a man who pays "success wages" (better than Fair Trade wages) to workers in 18 countries. What an example of a person giving back! I admire his business model and aspire to be just as giving in my life.
